In response to the University’s exploration of creating a “College Town” on the block where we sit, a group of ULS parents, some of them Jr. Bow alumni, have posted a petition in support of the school. If you would like to sign that petition, here is the link:

To destroy this school in the name of progress is to remove our heritage. I keep meeting other around the world who are also “lab rats” and graduated from UHS. It was a great education at minimal cost and I never regret going there. It was great preparation for my PhD which I received in the same amphitheater where I got my UHS certificate. I would hope this school can continue as it provides a unique opportunity for student teacher from UH.
