A Personal Call for Donations to ULS

Aloha to all the Jr. Bow ‘Ohana, I hope your year has been good so far.

Last October I sent a message to you asking for a $10 donation to the school.  I talked about how the Alumni Association used to ask for an optional annual membership fee of $10.  That was in effect from our inception in 2001 until 2010.

Since that time, I’ve only sent out a solicitation letter once.  That was last October.  And now I’m doing it a second time.

Again, if you have even one positive memory of your time at the school, or of your association with the school, I’m asking you to please consider making a $10 donation.

Whether it be a teacher or someone on the staff or an administrator who had an impact on you;  the subject matter of a class, participation in a sport, or the speech team, or a club to which you belonged; a friend or friends you made; something you learned that you still carry with you, that has affected you in a positive way; a skill you developed or any kind of activity related to the school, please consider making a $10 donation.

Any donation would be most appreciated, and any donation may be tax deductible.  Please consult with your accountant.

If you’d like to make a donation, you can so here: https://www.ulsfoundation.org/alumni/alumnidonation

Thank you very much for your kind consideration of this donation request.  As we head toward the end of the year, I’d like to wish everyone a very happy holiday season.

Everybody take good care, stay healthy, and love your families.

Go Junior Bows!
