Use the prompts to inspire a piece of writing, and then post that piece over on the Bamboo Shoots page of the Bamboo Ridge Press website. After you’ve done that, say a silent thank you to Darrell Lum and Eric Chock for founding Bamboo Ridge Press way back in 1978. It may not help you to get your piece published in a future issue of Bamboo Ridge, but it definitely couldn’t hurt your chances either.
