Thank you all for your continued messages and support over the last few months, we hope this email finds you safely. As you may have heard the borders are now open between Japan and Hawaii for visa holders with safety precautions being taken – this means that Enson is able to return to open the store! He will be taking an approved COVID-19 test before departure and upon arrival in Oahu.
We are aware that there is a lot of information in the email – we will try to keep it as brief as possible, however it is important that you please take the time to read below.
As we are all adjusting to the “new normal” like a lot of stores, we are taking precautions to prevent the spread of COVID-19 by doing the following:
Enson will be in the store Wednesday 18 November to Friday 27 November and will be available BY APPOINTMENT ONLY between the hours of 9am – 8pm. You can book your appointment through our website or using the following link: https://destinyforever.squarespacescheduling.com/
We will have a limited numbers of customers allowed in the store at one time. There will be a sign outside to indicate this number and let you know if it is ok to enter.
Please note, if we are at capacity you will be asked to wait until a previous customer has left.
We are going to be sanitizing the space regularly with disinfectant and UV lights.We will have a sign-in sheet in the interest of contact tracing for information regarding the spread of COVID-19.
Customers will be asked to wear face masks and will be supplied with disposable gloves to wear when handling the bracelets. We will also have an alcohol-based contactless hand-sanitizer dispenser for customers to use.In the interest of safety for our customers this will be enforced, please be sure to wear your mask in store.
There will be signs in store to remind people to adhere to social distancing practices when you are in the store browsing.Please do not visit the store if you have any symptoms such as fever, coughing or shortness of breath.

To streamline the process – if you are not looking to make a custom order and would like to place orders – you can order through our website and use the discount code “PICKUP” and this will remove the shipping costs from the order. When your order is ready to pick up we will send you an email.
There will be no other trips before Christmas, but we are looking to have someone open the store for us from time to time – we will update you all about this in a later email.
Restrings will now cost $20 this includes the replacement of damaged common stones (upgrade stones will be an extra charge if they need to be replaced) and the addition of the new connector at the closing of the bracelet.
Also, any restrings that are dropped off will be completed and ready for pickup on the last day. Any restrings that are not completed by then will be brought back to Japan and mailed out to customers. We will do our best to keep customers updated with the progress of the orders.

We are still doing mail orders. The COVID-19 Pandemic is still affecting postal services worldwide. We would ask that you allow up to 12-14 days for delivery of orders at present.
