UPDATE: Shige Yamada: Former ULS Art Teacher

I didn’t know until now that Mr. Yamada also taught at my current home place, the Hawai’i Potters’ Guild. One gentleman tells me that, “He was an extraordinary man.” Yes.

So I now know that he taught at the Lab School, UH Mānoa, San Jose State, and HPG. Who knows where else. Imagine all the students he affected. A master teacher. An extraordinary, creative force.
