Qualified individuals can receive assistance with legal issues at Volunteer Legal Services Hawaii (VLSH)’s pop-up clinic at Lanakila Multi-Purpose Senior Center on November 1, 2025 from 1 – 4 p.m. Low- and moderate-income individuals can receive advice from volunteer lawyers on topics including:
- Estate planning – simple wills, power of attorney, health care directives
- Family law – divorce, child custody, child support, guardianship, adoption
- Bankruptcy – Chapter 7
- District court – landlord-tenant, small claims, consumer debt
