Destiny Forever – Summer 2024

Aloha, many have been messaging about the next Destiny Forever openings – thank you for your patience while we sorted out our dates! We (Enson and Sarah) are unable to get back to Hawai’i this summer to open the store – but here are the updates:

DF Store hours: Tegan (Enson’s niece) will be opening the store part-time starting this weekend (17th and 18th of August) from 12-6 pm by appointment only. We have installed a ring doorbell for safety so if the door is closed, please ring the doorbell. If there are no slots available – either the appointment has been taken, or no one will be in the store at that time – so please be sure to book your appointment quickly.

We will update everyone on this email list and via the Destiny Forever Instagram page as to the opening dates and hours.

The store will only be open for restrings and to buy ready-made bracelets. If you are interested in custom orders, please email us at destinyforeverorders@gmail.com.

Restrings: For the time being, there is going to be a process where Tegan will collect the restrings with payment at the shop on the weekends. They will be posted to us in Japan the following Monday. They will be re-strung and mailed back to the shop, where you’ll be able to collect them. We will let each person know when their bracelet will be ready to pick up.

Please note: We’re aware that this is going to be a long process – we were trying to figure out the most convenient and cost-effective way for our customers to have their bracelets restrung. The sacrifice will be the time – it could take 4-5 weeks to get your bracelet back from restrings. Restrings are still $20 per bracelet. We ask for your patience with the process and with Tegan at the shop, too – as it’s a new journey for her as well. If you want your bracelet(s) done faster, you are welcome to send them to us in Japan – however, you would have to cover the postage costs to us for this.

Made in Hawai’i Festival: Destiny Forever will have a booth (#1627) at the Made In Hawai’i Festival that will be taking place from August 23-25 at the Hawai’i Convention Center – see this link for more information on this festival: https://madeinhawaiifestival.com/

The booth will be run by Allyn, and he’ll have a range of bracelets and t-shirts available at the booth.

Yamatodamashii Fight Gear: Allyn still has a range of Yamatodamashii Fight Gear T-shirts that can be ordered online at: https://yamatodamashiifightgear.com/ – he’ll also be debuting the new design at the Made in Hawai’i Festival – so make sure to go check him out there if you want to get in before they sell out! It’s first come, first served. He may do pre-orders for a second run, but this is not guaranteed. Don’t forget to give the Instagram page a follow at: @yamatodamashii_fightgear to stay up to date with new designs and releases.

Kahala Mall Booth: We will still have the bracelets for sale at the Kiosk outside Carousel Candyland in the Kahala Mall. Please feel free to check them out during the mall opening hours!
