If you would like to help, The Sierra Club of Hawai’i is seeking donations for its Red Hill fund: Walk for Water to Shut Down Red Hill.
The Walk for Water’s three objectives are to:
- Raise awareness and increase participation in the fight to defuel and decommission the Red Hill Bulk Fuel Storage Facility (“Red Hill”);
- Continue to exert pressure on the Navy to fulfill their responsibilities to defuel and decommission Red Hill; and
- Support the on-going work by the SCH and the Board of Water Supply (“BWS”) as they have been at the forefront of the Red Hill battle since 2014.
